Combined water and earth fragment shader main parts, since they need each other anyway for lod smoothness. Implemented normals for water (which can not really be seen at the moment).

implemented height check in water and earth shaders to color the fragments according to their actual height even if the geometry is wrong due to unprecise tesselation when looking from great distance
